Summary:
When creating a saved search, columns can be selected and added to a search. When the columns are edited, they may appear for other users the search is shared for, but other edits to the search after that may not carry over to others. Columns appear to be unique to others after changes are made.

Alternative Solution:
Making any change to the email will allow it to be published. For example, adding a space and removing it will trigger the change.

We are seeing an issue where some scheduled broadcasts appear to be repeatedly sending duplicate emails from the same batch, showing a total sent amount larger than the scheduled amount of contacts. We are currently investigating the cause.
